YouTouria – Terms and Conditions

1. Health and Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for maintaining personal hygiene and safety during the trip.

  • If you feel unwell (fever, cough, or other symptoms), please avoid joining the tour for your safety and that of others.

  • Always carry essential medicines and any prescribed medication for the duration of the tour.


2. Behavior and Conduct

  • Respect local customs, culture, and fellow travelers at all times.

  • Any form of misbehavior, harassment, use of abusive language, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  • The management reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip for misconduct without refund.


3. Prohibited Items

  • Weapons, drugs, or any illegal items are strictly forbidden during the trip.


4. Transportation and Conditions

  • Air conditioning in vehicles may be switched off on steep or mountainous routes to prevent overheating.

  • Delays or changes due to road or weather conditions are sometimes unavoidable; the company is not responsible for such occurrences.


5. Trip or Flight Cancellation

Trip Cancellation by YouTouria

YouTouria reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.

  • In such cases, travelers will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

  • YouTouria will not be responsible for additional costs such as visa fees, personal expenses, or third-party bookings affected by the cancellation.

Flight Cancellation by Airline

If a flight is cancelled by the airline for any reason, travelers have the option to:

  1. Receive a 100% refund of the amount paid to YouTouria for that trip, or

  2. Reschedule the trip to another available date, subject to availability.


6. Cancellation & Refund Policy (By Client)

We understand that travel plans may change. The following policy applies to all bookings:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee applies).

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee applies).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure: No refund will be issued.

  • No refund will be provided if a traveler does not show up or leaves the trip after it has started.

Note: All refunds will be made through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


7. Personal Responsibility

  • All tours involve some level of risk due to natural or environmental conditions.

  • The company, organizers, and guides are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur beyond their control.


8. Lost or Damaged Belongings

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • The company will not be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal items.


9. Environment and Sustainability

  • Travelers are expected to respect nature and local communities.

  • Littering, pollution, or damage to natural or cultural sites will not be tolerated.


10. Insurance

  • Our trips are not insured. Travelers are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance prior to departure.


11. Disputes

  • Any disputes arising from bookings or participation in tours will be handled under the laws of Pakistan.
